By playing Where is Trump? (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Game.

• Using bots, cheats, or any other unauthorized third-party software to modify or automate gameplay.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person or group.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of colluding or manipulating game outcomes.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the game or the information, content, or materials included therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
